How do I place a Click & Collect Order?
Browse our website and add items to your basket as you normally would. When you get to your cart page and are ready to checkout, tick "I agree with the terms and conditions." and click the "Pickup In Store" button.
Select your Pickup Date and Time and enter the name of the person collecting, your contact number, your email address, your vehicle registration and any special instruction.
From here, follow the checkout instructions as usual.
Where do I collect my order?
What do I do when I arrive?
Nothing but wait a short time in your vehicle! Our Click & Collect parking bays are monitored so we will see you arrive and speedily bring your order out to you.
What should I have with me when picking up my order?
When you collect your order, we’ll ask you for:
- Your email order confirmation, either on a mobile device or a printed copy
- A form of photo ID eg passport, driver’s licence.
If you're collecting an age-restricted item, such as alcohol, please bring proof that you're aged 18 or over. It's our policy to ask this if you look younger than 25.
Can I change my collection time or date?
Yes, please call us so we can reschedule your collection time or date via 01343 822 505.
What happens if I miss my collection slot?
We will securely hold your order for a period of 7 days. After this, your order will be returned to our warehouse and an automatic refund will be initiated. Please note that the refund process may take up to 10 days to complete.
If you know that you will be unable to make your collection slot, please call us on 01343 822 505 as soon as possible so that we can arrange an alternative slot for you.
Can a third party collect my order?
Yes, however to ensure your security and prevent any potential fraud, the person collecting on your behalf will need to present their own ID and your order confirmation email.
